Ford Motor Company is currently looking to fill the position of Database Administrator for their Global Cost Reduction Idea Database.
In an effort to prove my capabilities and qualifications to fill this position I've "administrated" my own Global Cost Reduction Idea Database for review (see image).
Do you have ideas? If so, share them below.

Lincoln needs a cost increase. It needs to be resurrected! They need to hit that brand with a shitload of monies. It needs to receive cars that benchmark, without a shadow of a doubt, above Cadillac, but most importantly it needs to become the glory its former self was.

I loled.
The sad part is there's probably a number of people within Ford that have made a similar spreadsheet to yours.

It's funny, I was reading over Ford's busines plan they sent to Congress from...2006 IIRC, and in it they talked about the future of Mercury being an EV contender by 2014.
That clearly isn't going to happen.

Oh, I know what it needs, but I'm here to save FoMoCo money, not save Lincoln. The fastest was to save Ford money is to take away the American-only distraction that is Lincoln.

#21, stop breaking your automation equipment (I work for an automation company that supplies Ford, among others).
